Miss Mi Perth New Spring Menu

Chef Alex De Leon has launched a new Spring menu packed full of Southeast Asian delacacies including some decadent new desserts.

Miss Mi Perth, one of the WA Good Food Guide’s Top 100 Restaurants for 2024, is thrilled to unveil its new spring menu, crafted by the talented Chef Alex De Leon. This seasonal menu is a celebration of fresh ingredients and bold aromatics, perfect for Perth food enthusiasts eager to indulge in vibrant dishes inspired by Southeast Asian cuisine.

The new lunch (Thursdays & Fridays) and dinner (Tuesday to Saturday) offerings showcase an array of delightful plates, including refreshing salads and aromatic curries, designed to highlight the best of spring produce.

With Miss Mi’s unique focus on Asian bbq and grill techniques, guests can savour unique creations such as Inihaw na Manok grilled chicken with aromatics, green peppercorn curry and pickled shallots) and BBQ Wagyu Skewers with soy glaze, coriander and cauliflower purée.

Chef De Leon has also called out the Black Squid Ink Noodles with Prawn Bisque as one of his favourites amongst the new menu. Dotted with pork fat and served with a sous vide egg, squid, Yarra Valley Caviar and tofu crumbs it is a tantalising dish packed full of unique flavours.

Three new show-stopping desserts have been added to the new spring menu that showcase Miss Mi Perth’s artistry.

Indulge in Thai Milk Tea Cheesecake with peanut butter ice cream and passion fruit gel, or a refreshing Mango Parfait with double whipped cream, mango glaze and honeycomb tuile. Last but not least is the crowd pleasing Buko Tart with young coconut flesh, coconut custard, served topped with roasted rice ice cream.

Each dessert comes with a special wine pairing to elevate the sweet end to your evening at Miss Mi.
