ABOUT THE DRINKS

Our guest mixologist Adam Keane has spent over 30 years working in liquor and hospitality across Australia and overseas. He’s represented Australia in international cocktail competitions, co-founded some of Perth’s most iconic venues, and worked alongside global brands. His ethos is “the best drinks are made with knowledge, passion, and genuine connection.”

Each drink for The Cocktail Table is meticulously handcrafted, visually stunning and designed to elevate the flavours on our menu. Adam will be on hand throughout the evening, mixing drinks and sharing insight into the innovative techniques behind his cocktails, including his Crystal Clear Espresso Martini and ultrasonically infused Coconut & Pandan Highball on the November menu.
