Inspired by the bustling streets and soulful kitchens of Southeast Asia, Chef Alex De Leon has crafted a collection of dishes that are vibrant, warming and ready to spice up your winter.

What to eat at Miss Mi this winter

Miss Mi winter menu mussels with coconut broth

Starting our array of new dishes are tender Mussels with Spicy Coconut Broth. The sweetness of the coconut is balanced with just the right amount of heat, and served with fluffy house baked pandesal for dipping. There’s nothing like a bowl of mussels in their winter prime to warm you up.

Miss Mi Crunchy Potato Nests

Next are the Potato Nests with Tangy Yoghurt Infusion and Onion & Raisin Chutney. Crispy and delicate, these golden potato nests are inspired by kataifi, reimagined with a spicy Southeast Asian twist. Crunchy outside, spiced and fluffy inside, finished with tang and sweetness from the yoghurt and chutney. It’s a must-try.

Miss Mi Yuzu Marinated Kingfish Wings

Yuzu-Marinated Hiramasa Kingfish Wings are a vibrant dish utilising the most juicy and tender part of the fish. The citrusy yuzu and soy marinade is balanced with punchy green chilli, coriander and basil purée, annatto curry oil, and our signature pickled vegetables. It’s zesty, succulent and unforgettable.

Miss Mi Roasted Celeriac with Kare Kare Sauce

Chef Alex De Leon’s unique Roasted Celeriac Kare-Kare is a smoky, richly flavoured vegetable-forward dish that won’t disappoint. Dive into earthy roasted celeriac paired with creamy peanut sauce, housemade bagoong sambal pack with umami, shimeji mushrooms and smoked eggplant purée. The layers of flavour will keep you coming back for more.

Whole Fried Market Fish with Coconut Braised Spiced Kale and other menu items
