Start the celebration with small shares that showcase Miss Mi’s signature flair. These easy-to-share plates range from the fresh seafood flavours of our Chilli Crab & Prawn Dumplings, to the rich and indulgent Szechuan Lamb Ribs lifted with pickled cabbage and crowd-pleasing Prawn Toast with yuzu emulsion and prawn powder.
For the mains, choose from the Pork Curry with crisp crackling, charred pineapple and curry leaves, or heavenly Slow-Cooked Duck Leg with a glistening hoisin-maple glaze, little gems of citrus fruit and braised Asian greens.
Sides of garlic fried rice with sous vide eggs and broccolini with sesame and roasted almonds round out the feast.
To finish, indulge in charred pineapple with rum ice cream, vanilla custard and goji berries — a sweet finale to toast the year ahead.
