What to Expect

Your evening begins with a sparkling French 75 on arrival, paired with flavour-packed bites including Duck Cigar Spring Rolls with caramelised pineapple hoisin glaze and Satay Chicken with aromatic candlenut sauce.

The journey continues with a refreshing Sunset Paloma, served alongside Oysters with Citrus Soy Mignonette and Soft Shell Crab finished with black pepper glaze and pickled radish.

For mains, enjoy a bold Talisker Mule paired with BBQ Short Rib, cucumber, soybean purée, wagyu oil and soy ginger, alongside Market Fish with spicy tamarind sauce, pineapple and herb salad, and fragrant lemongrass oil.

To finish, indulge in a decadent Layered Banana Filo dessert layered with caramelised banana mascarpone cream, dark palm sugar glaze and toasted coconut, perfectly complemented by a surprise dessert cocktail to close the evening.
