The Flavours of Iloilo, Reimagined
The Flavours of the Philippines menu offers diners a taste of Iloilo’s gastronomic identity, inspired by the city’s bounty. Expect bold aromatics, rich textures, and seasonal local produce. The main course captures the celebratory spirit of Filipino dining. The experience concludes with a modern take on a classic Filipino dessert.
Each course tells a story of connection from the kitchens of Iloilo to the tables of Perth inviting guests to taste, share, and celebrate the creativity that defines both cities. This landmark event is brought to you by Masterplan Global in partnership with Miss Mi Perth.
We look forward to welcoming you. Because in the Philippines, we don’t say ‘hello’, we say ‘tara, kain tayo’ (come, let’s eat).
