SONGKRAN PERTH SEAFOOD HOTPOT
An abundance of Australian seafood stars in the Red Curry Seafood Hotpot. Indulge in half a WA crayfish, Shark Bay barramundi, grilled squid and Australian mussels in a mildly spicy red curry sauce.
The rich red curry is elevated with umami-packed bonito, year old preserved lemon, pickled onion and fresh fennel.
Available for dinner only for $75*, serving 1-2 people. This decadent dish is the perfect cosy meal to enjoy on a cool autumn evening.
TOM YUM RITA
The Tom Yum Rita returns! This cocktail incorporates the addictively tangy, spicy and savoury notes of Thai tom yum to the bright citrus flavours of a margarita. A unique twist on a classic that will have you coming back for more with each sip. $22 each.
