This September, we invite Accor Plus members to an exclusive evening at Miss Mi to preview our vibrant spring menu. Discover five stunning courses paired with premium local Western Australian wines from the acclaimed Forest Hill Vineyard.

Be the first to sample award-winning Miss Mi’s new menu at this one-night-only experience, celebrating bold spring flavours and exceptional wine pairings.

The hero of the evening is Chef Alex De Leon’s 8-hour Braised Beef Cheeks, slow-cooked to melt-in-your-mouth perfection and paired with the show-stopping Forest Hill Block 9 Shiraz. Rich with miso pumpkin purée and finished with chilli threads and fresh coriander, this dish brings together deep, earthy notes and warming spice – an ideal match for the Shiraz’s full-bodied, slightly oaky character. It’s a true spring standout, and one not to be missed.

Other highlights include Tom-Yum Grilled Prawns balanced with the acidity of Forest Hill Highbury Fields Sauvignon Blanc and tender Lemongrass Pork Belly with fruit-forward Cabernet Sauvignon. See the full five-course menu.

ABOUT FOREST HILL

Forest Hill Vineyard holds a significant place in Western Australia’s wine history as the state’s first cool-climate vineyard. After extensive research across the South-West, a site on the property of Tony and Betty Pearce was selected, and in 1965, two hectares of vines were planted, marking the beginning of something truly special.

Today, more than 50 years later, Forest Hill remains family owned and operated. The wines are carefully crafted at the winery in Denmark, using grapes sourced exclusively from the original, dry-grown Forest Hill Vineyard in Mount Barker. Each bottle reflects the unique character of the site, the nuances of the season, and the dedication of the people who nurture the land and vines.
